Party Membership Transfer-In

I. Transfer-In of Party Relations

1. Within Shanghai:

(1) The counterpart organization transfers out via the Party management system to: Party Working Committee of Jiangchuan Road Subdistrict, Minhang District, Shanghai; the paper introduction letter header is the same committee.

(2) After the counterpart Party branch transfers out via the online system (online transfer needs no paper introduction letter), the member shall bring the following materials to [1st Floor, Qunzhong Service Center, 225 Heqing Road, Minhang District, Shanghai] to complete the transfer-in.

Required materials:

• ①ID card;
• ②Copy of labor contract (the contract must state the work/office address is within Jiangchuan Road Subdistrict);
• ③Copy of business license;

2. From other provinces/municipalities to Shanghai:

(1) The introduction letter header shall be: Organization Department of Minhang District Committee, Shanghai;

(2) Destination: Party Working Committee of Jiangchuan Road Subdistrict, Minhang District, Shanghai;

Required materials:

• ①ID card;
• ②Copy of labor contract (the contract must state the work/office address is within Jiangchuan Road Subdistrict);
• ③Copy of business license;
• ④Proof of party archives [1. Application for Party admission; 2. Political review materials and report; 3. Party admission vow book; 4. Probationary member observation form; 5. Application for full membership];
• ⑤Introduction letter

Note: After completing the [Proof of Party Archive Custody], first submit electronic images to the liaison. Once the subdistrict confirms no issues, the member shall bring ①ID card; ②copy of labor contract; ③copy of business license; ④proof of party archives; ⑤introduction letter to [1st Floor, Qunzhong Service Center, 225 Heqing Road, Minhang District, Shanghai] to complete the transfer-in.

II. Transfer-Out of Party Relations

For transfer-out, the member must confirm the counterpart organization's name, bring the ID card to the neoBay General Party Branch to obtain an introduction letter, then proceed to the Jiangchuan Road Subdistrict Party-Mass Service Center for the relevant procedures.

For transfer-in, members shall bring the above materials to:
